You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally permitted to enter into a binding sales agreement in your jurisdiction. A parent or legal guardian must be involved where required.

If an account feature is provided, keep login credentials secure and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Notify customer support about suspected unauthorized use.

We seek to provide accurate item descriptions, prices, product images, dimensions, materials, and stock information. Photography, lighting, screen settings, and measuring methods can make minor appearance differences possible.

Products include playful knitted-style, crochet-inspired, and fiber-art decorations. An individual listing should be consulted for actual materials, size, suitability, and whether a product is handmade, hand-finished, or manufactured.

An order submission is a request to purchase and the automated acknowledgment is not necessarily the final acceptance of the transaction.

Orders may require payment verification, inventory checks, or fraud screening. We may decline or cancel a purchase where stock is unavailable, the address cannot be served, a serious pricing error occurred, or a transaction appears unauthorized. Payments for canceled orders will be returned where collected.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are displayed in USD. Checkout presents relevant product costs, shipping fees, taxes, and discounts before you pay.

The template delivery standards are 2-4 business days of processing, possibly up to 5 business days in busy periods, plus approximately 10-15 business days of standard carrier transit for supported U.S. destinations.

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the published conditions.

After receipt, inspection, and approval of the return, an eligible refund is generally initiated to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. See Return & Refund Policy.

Inspect deliveries when they arrive and, where possible, notify support within 7 calendar days if an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

Include the order number and photos of the product, package, and label as relevant. We will review confirmed fulfillment errors and offer a reasonable solution.

Ask for a change or cancellation promptly. We may be able to assist before fulfillment, but requests may no longer be possible once processing, packing, or dispatch is underway.

A successfully canceled order before fulfillment does not incur a cancellation fee.

Promotions may carry eligibility requirements, expiry dates, exclusions, and limited uses. Please check that a promotional discount is applied at checkout before the order is paid.

Use each product only as indicated in its listing and care instructions. Decorative knitted and crocheted pieces, especially those with buttons, beads, wire, detachable fittings, or small accessories, may not be suitable for unsupervised use by young children.

Do not assume a product is a children’s toy unless it is specifically described as one with appropriate suitability information. Keep decorative pieces away from flames, excessive heat, and household hazards as appropriate.

Contact the store before large commercial orders. A purchase does not authorize the buyer to claim appointment as an official agent, wholesaler, or distributor of Zuxqevr™.

Branding, site content, photography, graphics, and original creative works appearing on our website may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Do not use protected content commercially without lawful permission.

Customers who share a review, photo, or other submission confirm that they have the necessary rights to supply it. We may moderate contributions to remove unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited material.

We will not present internally generated demonstration text as verified customer feedback.

Checkout and other store functions may rely on Shopify, payment services, carriers, and external technical providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Purchases and disputes remain subject to applicable laws, including mandatory consumer-protection provisions in relevant jurisdictions. Please contact customer service first when possible so we can try to resolve the issue.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining sections continue to apply as far as legally possible. Not enforcing a provision once does not automatically waive later enforcement.

We may modify these terms when services, business practices, or applicable requirements change. Updates will appear on this page with the revision date. The version in effect at purchase ordinarily governs that transaction unless mandatory law states otherwise.
